The Ukraine Accounting Chamber is placing the blame on the shoulders of the country's bureaucrats saying that not much is being done to bring a regulated gambling market to the country.

The Chamber's Board is saying that an absence of action by legislators is why there isn't effective regulation of online gaming. The group adds that with more effective regulation they will see a reduction in crime and fraud.

It would also protect players online and bring in new revenues. Online bingo operators and online bingo halls would welcome the Ukraine Accounting chambers's comments and they hope that they would lead to a UK styled online gaming industry.

The Ukraine Accounting Chamber Board said, "Legislative and regulatory framework if the gambling business is incomplete and improper and disputable issues are unresolved".
