PartyGaming is a major online bingo games operator and also one of the largest companies in online gaming. They are now entering into an exclusive partnership with City Index for the launch of their new PartyMarkets website.

The move marks PartyGaming's entry into the financial spread betting industry and will also represent a change of focus from sole targeting of recreational gamers and betters.

"Our partnership with ITV can be seen as a bridge between the TV and online gaming audiences," PartyGaming said in a statement. "This agreement with City Index represents a bridge between egaming and investors. It acts as a step towards convergence."
