Parlay Entertainment Inc and Chartwell Technology Inc have announced a new collaboration that will bring together Parlay's front end online bingo software and Chartwell's back end administration system.

The two organizations have a portfolio filled with slots machines and other similar casino games. The new European facing network is going to be managed by Chartwell and will be based in Malta. Parlay already has a large number of the top online brands that use thier bingo solution including Yahoo, Virgin and Paddy Power.
