New Look for Bingo America Television Show
The Game Show Network (GSN) will be bringing back the popular Bingo America show for a second season starting October 6th, with a new look. The show has been restructured with a few major changes. These changes will provide a more exciting viewing experience and should bring the show higher ratings and more viewers. The major change to the television show is a new host. Richard Karn will be replacing Patrick Duffy as the main host of the show. Karn is best known for his role as Al Borland, Tim Taylor loveable sidekick on Home Improvement. Since Home Improvement, Karn has gone on to host four seasons of Family Feud. Diane Mizota will replace Crystal Wallasch as the beauty of the show. Mizota has been a host on Trading Spaces: Boys vs. Girls and she was also a part of a reality show Three Wishes.
During the show, viewers can play along by downloading and printing bingo cards from their home computer. Each round, the home players have a chance to win money while playing along. Home players can also win instantly during the Bingo Bonus Round played during the end of the show. Once the show begins for the second season, viewers from home can text the word BINGO to a special number and receive extra Bonus Round numbers on their mobile phone.
Players can begin downloading bingo cards before the new season starts. The new season is set to begin on the 6th of October, but cards will be ready for download on the 4th. The show will air at 6:30 Eastern with new episodes every night, Monday through Friday. Bingo America will repeat on Saturdays and Sundays at 4 pm Eastern.
