NetPlay TV is the owner of the Bingos website and recently announced that they will be opening a Swedish speaking bingo website very soon. The website is already available in English, Polish, Spanish and Italian.

The new Swedish language website will first be launched online and then will be followed by the television version along with mobile products to follow suit. According to NetPlay TV, bingo is very popular in Sweden. The country has more than one hundred land based bingo halls and five hundred and seventy five nonprofit bingo licenses have been issued.

NetPlay TV also revealed that Sweden has more than eighty five percent of their population that are gamblers. According to a statement released by NetPlay TV these factors contributed to their decision: “This, aligned with one of the highest levels of Internet penetration throughout Europe makes Sweden a very attractive market.”

The Chief Executive Officer for EuroBingo, Dominic Mansour, stated: “We are really excited about the Swedish online bingo launch. This further establishes us as the strongest pan-European online bingo brand. The high Internet penetration and propensity to play bingo makes Sweden a key market for us.
