Foxy Bingo's Ad Gets Scrutinized by ASA
Foxy Bingo has a new television ad out and it is now the latest advertisement that found it's way under the eyes of the Advertising Standards Authority. But after they conducted a lengthily investigation the ad was found to be compliant with all of the advertising restrictions place on gambling operators, according to the ASA adjudication.

One viewer thought that the ad could appeal to children because the main character is a fox which is the reason the advertisement went under the review of Cashcade Ltd. and the Advertising Standards Authority.

The advertisement from Foxy Bingo centers around the main character, a fox. Foxy Bingo using a fox in thier ad? Hmm, well that make sense to me. The fox is wearing a suit and is played by an actor, as the fox walks passed various locations, such as a bakery women stop what their doing and follow the fox.

Then the fox and the ladies get on a bus that is scheduled to stop at "Having Fun!" The bus makes it's stop at a house where there is a party happening and a voice says, “c’mon join the party at FoxyBingo.com and get £10 free.”

There is also text on the screen throughout the advertisement that says, “Terms and conditions apply. Over 18’s only.” among other things.
