We all hope to win big when we play the lottery or our favorite gambling game. But for most of us that is just a dream. We spend dollar after dollar hoping to strike it rich. For one woman from West Yorkshire the dream was not impossible. The nurse spent just £12 and turned it into £200,000 in just seven days.

The woman who wishes to remain anonymous is a mother of two and a nurse. She just opened her account at William Hill last weekend and since that time won a very large amount of money. The woman played games on William Hill Bingo and then also placed bets on three Irish Lottery draw games.

It was the lottery drawing that won the nurse the £200,000. The woman commented on her win: “I had done the occasional Irish Lottery bet in the past, so when I opened my online account to play the bingo with Hills, I thought I would give it a go again. I’m really glad I did now! I never imagined in a million years that I would win this sort of money and it’s actually a bit of a shock – there are too many ‘noughts’ for me to comprehend!”

Jennie Prest, a spokeswoman for William Hill also commented on the win: "What credit crunch? Making £199,988 profit in 10 days is some return for £12! William Hill is certainly becoming the place for big winners - as well as Fred Craggs, who won a million pounds for 50p back in February, we've had two casino millionaires and we've paid out numerous 6-figure jackpots to online punters this year alone. These are life changing amounts of money for very small investments and, with a slice of luck, these people’s dreams are coming true."
