The Bingoport Players Choice Awards of 2009 were held last week at the Novotel Hotel in London and many companies in the online bingo industry received awards. One such winner was Wink Bingo. They were awarded the Best New Online Bingo Website award.

The awards are held every year and voted on by bingo players. Over fifty thousand people vote on the awards and online bingo companies in the UK are awarded for their contributions to the industry. Wink Bingo beat such new bingo sites as 888Ladies and Bet365 Bingo to win the award for Best New Online Website.

Wink Bingo commented on their win: “We are Winktastically happy to have won this great award and we’d like to say a huge thank you to all bingo fans who voted for us! Wink Bingo also place second in the Best Online Bingo TV Commercial category. Ladbrokes Bingo came in first with their commercial campaign that features the Zorbs.
